My $20 pants I get from Wal-mart normally last me more than 5 years .. sometimes 10. Pants didn't cost $90 (adjusted for inflation) years ago when there was less outsourcing. That is way too much money for a pair of pants. Nice try playing the 'support your country's economy' card. I'm sorry, I support my household's economy. It is more important that I put food on my table than for me to pay someone else $90 for a pair of pants just so they can have a job. You feign sympathy for these foreign cultures at the same time you want to pull the few jobs they have there.

Hi! Amusing article, though as one of the Gerblins developers I wanted to note that our characters are square shaped because they stack into a tower and, well, squares are good for stacking! Our intention was to blatantly rip off Minesweeper :). Those whiteless eyes do certainly add some similarity though!

I love this review. I know this game is very late but Madden can be difficult if you've never played. I've played since Madden 2001 on N64 though so this isn't a problem. It's nice to see other peoples opinion. My opinion of Madden 12 was that the defenses were pathetic. It was my least favorite game ever. If you get into it more you will just see incredibly unrealistic things happening like cornerbacks watching the ball go past their face and etc. Many high scoring games of like 70-60 with friends I should have killed in past Maddens. If you pick up Madden 13 the defense finally has a brain (somewhat..) so if you are into football I think this game would be more for you

My stepson (now 9) does nothing but watch cartoon network (not my call). Has since he was 6. And he is now in counseling for being not properly socialized, having impulse control issues, and other stuff still in the works I'm sure. I will say this: he might have issues, but I think a lot of adults overreact to his behavior. He runs around manically screaming random words and phrases that make no sense to the untrained, but after watching a couple of his shows on CN, I realize he is only mimicking what he sees there. Long story short: CN cartoons are not geared towards kids anymore. I admit he might be a naturally "weird kid" and there is nothing wrong with that - but he emulates the strange, dark shows on CN and comes out the worse for it in the eyes of his peers and other adults. Its not for kids in my opinion.

I had invested a small amount of money in Sony a few years ago, less than $500, because I am poor, believing that, since they had the PS gaming, plus music, plus movies, and they were coming out with a simpler 3DTV, I figured it was a no brainer. Apparently I was right, just on the wrong side of the boardroom. To try to figure out why I have lost 67% of my initial investment (down to $144), I decided to type into the Google search "What the hell is wrong with Sony?", which led me here. So now I know. They are dumb as half a sack of shit. As a shareholder, I am going to be sending this on up, for whatever it's worth.

I agree, I didn't like this adaptation of Spidey, his best portrayal is still Tobey Maguire and the best movie is Spiderman 2. Don't get me wrong, this film was okay, but it's lazy writing, special effects, and portrayal aren't excusable. Parker is a nerd, a geek that never had an abundance of friends and was socially awkward. Sort of a nerdy Clark Kent, not a hipster Bruce Wayne.

I've seen Bing used on TV shows too, and I'm pretty sure they pay the creators of the movie in order to advertise their services. Not suprised to be honest, nobody uses Bing :L

This may clear your observations up - Suda himself didn't "direct" either Lollipop Chainsaw or Shadows of the Damned (not even No More Heroes 2). Of course, the term "director" in video games is pretty vague - 99% of the time, it means somebody who is both lead writer and lead designer.

Suda was working on a Kafka-based horror game before SotD's development started, but EA told him to can it in order to work on SotD. They placed Massimo Guarini as the director, and rumors say that it did NOT go how Suda planned - Shinji Mikami has gone on record saying that Suda was actually rather depressed after SotD because it didn't meet his expectations or follow his vision.

Same story for Lollipop Chainsaw, with Suda being merely the creator of the original concept - like you said, James Gunn did the rest.

I don't know the story with Liberation Maiden, but perhaps Suda's still in a funk. But don't despair! Killer is Dead is a new game he's working on, and it's a spiritual successor to Killer7 (and may or may not be a new entry in his metaseries Kill the Past).

He wore the glasses because he missed his father. He didnt do it because it was cool. And also, just becuase it happened in the first spiderman movies, doesnt mean that it needs to happen in this one. This one is the actual interpretation of the comic books. But hey, everyone has their own opinions.

why people always got apple fanboy, sony fanboy as part of the argument, its just not worth it! I don't like how they made my PS Vita a prison cell for me, with poor selection of games, not third party accessories and poor line-up and too many HD remake of PS2....... which I already played...... They can't even convince Epic Games to break that boundary in introduced really good titles on the PS Vita.

Did you know a memory stick of the PS Vita is more expensive than a actual functioning Ipod? And the rechargeable cable, is not even a local compatible version that when I ask them why there is no Malaysia compatible charger, they said, here is one RM 200......... USD 68, how coud they charge us like that? Unfair, draconian and not doing us consumer any good! With all the accesories, i would have bought an Iphone 4s and still get more out of it......

Sorry, but I'm very picky on games. Cause money is tight and games that not suited my taste is not for me. No Monster Hunters, No Armored Core, No new Metal Gear Solid type, too little people playing with me, makes me wonder why I bought the damn thing if so many limitation locked me in.

Why would you approve such a prison? And please I'm more PS fan than a Apple fanboy, but so far, Sony has been hurting my positive view as a consumer. To be a die-hard fan in this age is stupid and naive, especially exchange rate is as horrible as hell......
